• Arranged $64 million in acquisition financing for a pension fund adviser on five properties throughout the U.S.

• Acquired, raised debt and equity, and created total value in excess of $12 million in four distressed multi-family properties. Properties are:
  • Farmington House Apartments, New Britain, CT
  • Cranberry Hollow Condominiums, Enfield, CT
  • Wickham Gardens Condominiums, East Hartford, CT
  • Willow Springs Condominiums, New Milford, CT

• Provided tenant lease advisory services for several clients, including Fleet Capital and Royal Insurance, on office premises in suburban Hartford, Chicago, and New York City.

• Performed asset management and investment advisory services on a 155,000 SF Manhattan office building.

• Arranged over $100 million in financing, with specialty in hospitality properties, including a $4.95 million construction/permanent loan for a to-be-built Comfort Suites hotel in Connecticut, and a $7.38 million construction/permanent loan for a $10 million inn and conference center on the campus of the University of Connecticut.

• Acquired and liquidated a portfolio of real estate mortgages and receivables.

• Advised the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority on disposition of certain REO's.

• Represented an institutional lender in the acquisition of a $17.5 million portfolio of participation interests in first mortgages on commercial properties throughout the U.S.
